Doi, Acting Chairman, Governor's Agriculture Coordinating Committee (GACC), dated October 7, 1992, informing of their support of Resolution 501-92, Draft 3, requesting the Council to adopt and support the County of Hawaii's Agriculture Development Plan. Informs, in 1991 the GACC [which believed the Big Island was the place with the most potential for growth in agriculture] provided funding to the County of Hawaii for help in the development of the Hawaii Agriculture Development Plan.
