AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS IN IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 2,
KAHALW-KEAUHOU, KONA.
BE IT ORDAINED EY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. The surplus Funds remaining in the fund balance
accounts of Improvement District No. 2, Kahaluu-Keauhou, Kona
are hereby appropriated to the following account for disbursement
and closing of the special fund:
Account Number Account Amount
120-322-5380.01 Cost of Engineering, etc. $5,871.48
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.

This Bill appropriates $5,871.48 in Improvement District
No. 2, Kahaluu-Keauhou account to Cost of Engineering, etc.,
account for disbursement and closing of the special fund.

Office of the County Clerk for use and examination by the
public.
