ORDINANCE NO. ~~e3
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7.29 (THE CITY OF HILO ZONE MAP),
ARTICLE 2, CHAPTER 8 (ZONING CODE) OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE,
AS AMENDED, TO AMEND THE METES AND FOUNDS DESCRIPTION RELATING TO
THE DISTRICT RECLASSIFICATION OF LAND AT WAIAKEA, SOUTH HILO,
HAWAII, COVERED HY TAX MAP KEY 2-4-03:PORTION OF 46.
BE IT ORDAINED HY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 7.29, Article 2, Chapter 8, (Zoning Code),
of the Hawaii County Code, as amended, is amended to modify the
metes and bounds description in Subsection (zzz), to read as follows:
"7.29 (zzz). The district classification of the following
area situated at Waiakea, South Hilo, Hawaii, shall be Single
Family Residential (RS-20):
Beginning at a pipe at the northwest corner of this parcel
of land, the same being also the southwest corner of
Lot H-2-2, the. coordinates of said point of beginning
referred to Government Survey Triangulation Station "HALAI"
being 1~0~644.93~ 12~050.9C feet South and x,251.277 2,144.73
feet West; and running by azimuth measured clockwise fronn
True South:
1. 265° 40' 121.00 feet along Lot 8-2-2 to a
pipe;
2. 355° 40' ~406.0~ 430.00 feet along Lot C~1 to
a pipe;
3. 85° 40' 121.00 feet along the North side of
Kawailani Street;
4. 175° 40' ~406.00~ 430.00 feet along Lot H-1 (and
along the east side of Easement
H) to the point of beginning and
containing an area of ~1.128J
1.194 acres.
All as outlined in red on the map attached hereto,
marked Exhibit "A" and by reference made a part hereof."
SECTION 2. Material to be repealed is bracketed. New
material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets,
bracketed material and underscoring need not be included.
SECTION 3. In the event that any portion of this ordinance
is declared invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the other
parts of this ordinance.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
