AN O~tDINA~?CE AMENDING SECTION 7.02 (THE NORTH KONA ZONE MAP) AND
SEC'T"IOi3 7.05 (THE KAILUA®HONAI.~O URHAN ZONE MAP) OF ARTICLE 2,
CHAPTER 8 (ZONING CODE) , HAWAII COUNTY CODE, AS AT~E°NDED, RELATIiTE
~°® ~~~ DELI~'~EATION o~° THE PR®POSED ALTI DRI~IE REALTGN~~N~ AT
KAHULUI 1S TO KAHALUU, NORTH KONA, HAWAII.
HE IT ORDAINED HY THE COUNCIL OF THJ~ COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 7.02 of Article 2, Chapter 8 (Zoning
Code), Hawaii County Code, as amended, is further amended by
adding thereto the following subsection:
"7.02 (y y ). Delineate the proposed Alii Drive
Realignment, minimum 100~foot wide road right~of~way,
beginning from off the present Kuakini Highway at Kahului lst,
North Kona, Hawaii, traversing southerly over the lands of
Kahului 1st and 2nd, Puapuaa 1st and 2nd, Holualoa lst~4th,
Kaumalumalu, Pahoehoe lst~4th, Laaloa lst and 2nd,
Kapalaalaea 1st and 2nd, and Kahaluu, North Kona, Hawaii,
along a line generally 500 feet to 1,800 feet mauka of the
present Alii Drive to the proposed Alii Highway Hxtension
is~ the vicinity of the existing Makolea Street."
SECTION 2. Section 7.05 of Article 2, Chapter 8 (Zoning
Code), Hawaii County Code, as amended, is further amended by
adding thereto the following subsection:
"7.05 ( x ). Delineat€~ the proposed Alii Drive

SH~TI®N 3. In the event that any portion of this ordinance is
declared invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the other parts
of this ordinance.
S~CTTON 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
