AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 586, RELATING TO PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1,
1980 TO JUNE 30, 198]..
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 586, relating to
Public Improvements and Financing thereof, for the Fiscal
year July 1, 1980 to June 30, 1981, is amended by adding the
following project:
"E. FIRE DEPARTMENT
1. Pahoa Fire Station Expansion $50,000"
SECTION 2. Funds for this project shall be transferred
and allotted from the Fund Balance account of the Bond Fund.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
