The purpose of Resolutton No 329-00 is accept Royal Pomctana Drive Extenston (Tax Map Key
No 7-16-02-1026), and the Kupuna Street Extenston (Tax Map Key No 7-16-024 078).
Holualoa. North Kona, as a County road Hawat`t Revtsed Statutes. §264-1 provides that where
no act of ownership has been exercised over a road, way, or lane for more than five years and, to
the case of a County highway. where the legislative body has accepted the same by resolution,
the road. way, or lane shall become a County highway by surrender

Counsel on this matter, and was advised that since no one knows who the owner of flits roadway
property ts, the recommended way to handle this matter would be by way of surrender pursuant
