COUNTY OF HAWAII ~ STATE OF HAWAII
ORDINANCE NO. ~~
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6, ARTICLE 15, SECTION 4,
OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO
NO PARKING ON PAVEMENT ZONES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Schedule 10 of Chapter 6, Article 15,
Section 4, Hawaii County Code, as amended, is further
amended by adding the following under the "SOUTH HILO"
classification:
"2. DESHA AVENUE, both sides, between Andrews
Avenue and Baker Avenue."
SECTION 2. Material to be repealed is bracketed. New
material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the
brackets, bracketed material and underscoring need not be
included.
SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance or the
application thereof to any person or circumstances is held
invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions
or applications of the ordinance which can be given effect
without the invalid provision or application, and to this
end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be
severable.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
