turns only), Subsection (c), South Hilo. of the Hawan County Code 1983 (199 Edrtwn) by
amending the following

school days only
Cbmmunicauon No 943 is a letter from Deputy Chief Engineer Jiro A Sumada. dated
September 2~, 2000. which transmits Bill No 330 to the Council for its review and consideration
