ORDINANCE NO .
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUND5 FOR LEGAL SERVICES IN THE
ADMINISTRATION OF IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 11, DISCOVERY HARBOR
SUBDIVISION AND ADJACENT LANDS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the Penalties
account of Improvement District No. 11, Discovery Harbor
Subdivision and Adjacent Lands, the sum of $10,000 or so much
of such sum as is necessary to pay for the following legal
services and out-of-pocket expenses connected with the
administration of Improvement District No. 11,

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective upon its
approval.
