ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE CREATING A SPECIAL REVENUE FUND FOR THE LIQUO R
CONTROL PROGRAM.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Act 304, S.L.H. 1980 and Charter
Section 10-12 of the County of Hawaii, there is created a
special revenue fund entitled the "Liquor Control Fund."
SECTION 2. All receipts from liquor license fees, assesses
ments, fines and sale of liquor law pamphlets shall be deposited
in the "Liquor Control Fund," and all costs and expenses
directly relating to operational a.nd administrative costs
actually incurred 'by the Liquor Commission and the Liquor
Control Department shall be charged to such fund.
SECTION 3. The director of finance is authorized to estab-
lish accounts, transfer funds and take whatever steps are
necessary in order to implement Act 304, 5.L.H. 1980 and this
ordinance.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval .
