Bill No. 340, transmitted jointly with Resolution No. 342-00 by Director of Finance
Dixie Kaetsu, via Communication No. 962, dated October 17, 2000, amends Ordinance
No. 00-63, as amended, the Operating Budget, ending June 30, 2001. The amendment is as
follows:

3302.61 Federal Grants -Data Records Project General $47,000
To:
010-201-5219.81 Data Records Project General $47,000
These funds will be used to purchase computers, scanners, imaging software, and alcohol sensor
screeners.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 340 and
recommends it pass first reading.
