Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 339, reports as follows:
Bill No. 339, transmitted jointly with Resolution No. 341-00 by Director of Finance
Dixie Kaetsu, via Communication No. 961, dated October 16, 2000, amends Ordinance
No. 00-63, as amended, the Operating Budget, ending June 30, 2001. The amendment is as
follows:

To:
010-201-5219.83 Pi`ihonua Speed Checking General $2,000
These funds will be used to reduce traffic accidents on Waianuenue Avenue by conducting speed
enforcement roadblocks and preventing other hazardous traffic violations.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 339 and
recommends it pass first reading.
