COUNTY OF HAWAII ~ STATE OF HAWAII
ORDINANCE NO. ~~®
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6 OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE,
AS AMENDED, RELATING TO TRAFFIC CONTROL.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Chapter 6, Article 7, Schedule 1, of the
Hawaii County Code, as amended, is further amended by adding
the following under the "SOUTH HILO" classification:
"16. Entering Mikokoi Street from Awela Street.
"17. Entering Awela Street from Awela Place."
SECTION 2. Chapter 6, Article 7, Schedule 2, of the
Hawaii County Code, as amended, is further amended by adding
the following under the "SOUTH HILO" classification:
"81. IOANA STREET from Wilder Road to its eastern
"82. KEO STREET from Wilder Road to its eastern
"83. HEAHEA STREET from Ainaola Drive to its southern
"84. WAINOHIA STREET from Puainako Street to its
southern terminus."
SECTION 3. Material to be repealed is bracketed. New
material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the
brackets, bracketed material and underscoring need not be
included.
SECTION 4. If any provision of this ordinance or the
application thereof to any person or circumstances is held
invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions
or applications of the ordinance which can be given effect
without the invalid provision or application, and to this
end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be
severable.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
