Bill No. 338, transmitted jointly with Resolution No. 340-00 by Director of Finance
Dixie Kaetsu, via Communication No. 960, dated October 13, 2000, amends Ordinance
No. 00-63, as amended, the Operating Budget, ending June 30, 2001. The amendment is as
follows:

3301.61 Federal Grants -Sobriety Checkpoint Exp General $31,000
To:
010-201-5219.28 Sobriety Checkpoint General $31,000
These funds will be used to conduct DUI roadblocks in the County of Hawaii.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 338 and
recommends it pass first reading.
