Dixie Kaetsu, via Communication No. 959, dated October 13, 2000, amends Ordinance
No. 00-63, as amended, the Operating Budget, ending June 30, 2001. The amendment is as
follows:

3302.03 Federal Grants -Speed Enforcement General $33,375
To:
010-201-5219.44 Speed Enforcement General $33,375
These funds will be used to conduct seatbelt enforcement roadblocks in the County of Hawaii.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 337 and
recommends it pass first reading.
