No. 00-63, as amended, the Operating Budget, ending June 30, 2001. The amendment is as

These funds will be used to conduct seatbelt enforcement roadblocks in the County of Hawaii.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 336 and
recommends it pass first reading.
