ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6 OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE,
AS AMENDED, RELATING TO TRAFFIC REGULATIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 4-A, Article 15, Chapter 6, of the
Hawaii County Code is amended by adding a new item to the
Kona classification of Schedule 10 to read as follows:
"3. Belt Highway, mauka side, beginning at
Station 30+30 and extending 435 feet in the
southerly direction to the Phillips 66 service
tion in Kainaliu."
SECTION 2. Section 8-B, Article 15, Chapter 6, of the
Hawaii County Code is amended by adding a new item to the
Kona classification of Schedule 12 to read as follows:
"26. Belt Highway, mauka side, beginning at
Station 8+00 across the Honalo Shopping Center
and extending 4/10 mile in the southerl
direction."
SECTION 3. Section 8-B, Article 15, Chapter 6, of the
Hawaii County is amended by adding a new item to the South
Hilo classification of Schedule 12 to read as follows:

"132. On Kalanianaole Street, makai side, beginning at
the east end of the concrete rock wall on the
northeast side of the access road to the James
Kealoha Park and extending 170 feet in the
westerly direction."

SECTION 4. New material is underscored. In printing
this ordinance, the underscoring need not be included.
SECTION 5. In the event any portion of this ordinance
is declared invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other
parts of this ordinance.
SECTION 6. This ordinance shall be effective upon its
approval.
