Bill No 3d6 amends the State Land lase Boundaries Map, H-2? for the County of Hawaii by
changing the district classiticauon fur approximately ~ 821 acres of land from an Agricultural to
a Rural zoned district
The rectangular-shaped suh~ect property, owned m fee by the appltcanL is located m the Kanehoa
Subdtvivun on the south side o1 Kanehoa Drive and along Keanmomano Stream, approximately

Road, one at Ouh Street vahich series 16 parcels. and Kanehoa Street. which serves the
remmning 10 parcels Kanehoa Street also connects into Anekona Estates Subdivision. which
has one access point (Ancl.ona Street) from Kawaihae Road
Your Committee did nut entertain anv discussion on this measure
Your Committee concurs with the Planning Commission and the Planning Director for
recommending a favorable consideration for the State Land Use boundary amendment
Your Committee on Planning is in accord with the intent and purpose of Bill No 346, and
recommends rt pass tirst reading
