ORDINANCE No. 83 15
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25-91 (THE NORTH AND SOUTH KOHALA
DISTRICTS ZONE MAP), ARTICLE 3, CHAPTER 25 (ZONING CODE) OF THE
HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO THE DISTRICT
RECLASSIFICATION OF PROPERTY AT PUUOKUMAU, NORTH.KOHALA, HAWAII,
COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY 5-4-01:11.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 25-91, Article 3, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code)
of the Hawaii County Code 1983, is amended to correct the
description of property that was reclassified in Ordinance
No. 865, effective March 24, 1983, to read as follows:
The district classification of the following area
situated at Puuokumau, North Kohala, Hawaii, shall be

of this ordinance.
