ORDINANCE N0. ~3 27
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 16, THE COUNTY OF HAWAII GENERAL PLAN
OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983, AS AMENDED, BY AMENDING THE GENERAL
PLAN LAND USE PATTERN ALLOCATION GUIDE MAP RELATING TO THE KAMOA
POINT COMPLEX.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Chapter 16, the County of Hawaii General Plan of the
Hawaii County Code 1983, is amended by amending the General Plan
Land Use Pattern Allocation Guide map as follows:
North/South Kona District
Resort to Open: Kamoa Point Complex State Historical
Park (Site -0k2059) identified by TMK Nos. 7-7-04:12, 51
and 52.
SECTION 2. In the event that any portion of the ordinance is
declared invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the other parts
of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
