AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 896, RELATING TO PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1,
1983 TO JUNE 30, 1984.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 896, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1,
1983 to June 30, 1984, is hereby amended ty adding the
following project:
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS
Kapehu Facilities Plan - Federal $ 9,258.00
(110-699-5693.01-115)
Kailua-Kona Sewerage System
Northern Zone - Federal 61,730.00
(110-699-5696.31-115)
$ 70,988.00
SECTION 2. Funds for this project shall be provided
from:
Federal Grants Receivable
Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) $ 70,988.00
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
