ORDINANCE N0. 83 ~1
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE N0. 895, AS AMENDED, APPROPRIATING
ESTIMATED REVENUES, RECEIPTS AND SURPLUS FOR EXPENDITURES IN THE
FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 1984.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Purpose. It is the purpose of this ordinance to
appropriate funds for the purchase of 2,000 "Beautify Hawaii County"
bumper stickers to be distributed by the Mayor's office for
priority-county vehicles, pursuant to Public Works Committee Report
No. 262.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 895, as amended, Appropriating Estimated
Revenues, Receipts and Surplus for Expenditures in the Fiscal Year
Ending June 30, 1984, is hereby amended by adding the following
program:
OFFICE OF THE MAYOR
Beautify Hawaii County Bumper Stickers $600.00
SECTION 3. Funds for this program shall be provided from the
Contingency Account in the General Fund.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
