ORDINANCE NO. 83 64
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 896, RELATING TO PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1,
1983 TO JUNE 30, 1984.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 896, Relating to Public Improve-
menu and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1983 to
June 30, 1984, is hereby amended to adding the following project:
Parks & Recreation Storage Facility
(110-399-5591.76-115) $ 31,488
and increasing the following appropriation:
Fire Radio Communications Buildings [195,000]245,000
SECTION 2. Funds shall be provided from the Fund Balance
Account of the Capital Projects Fund:
Fund Balance (2271.00 $ 81,488
SECTIOC7 3. Fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) from the
remaining amount in the Fund Balance Account of the Capital Projects
Fund shall also be allotted to the project entitled "County Tax
Office Extension."
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
