ORDINANCE NO. ~~
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 803, AG AMENDED,
APPROPRIATING ESTIMATED REVENUES, RECEIPTS AND SURPLUS FOR
EXPENDITURE IN THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 1983.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. The purpose of this Ordinance is to transfer
$20,000 from the General Fund as a loan to the Parking Meter
Fund pursuant to the action of the County Council dated
August 17, 1982 on C-854, C-854.1/PWC-173. It is expected
that the loan will be repaid within five years in annual install-
ments determined by the Director of Finance.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 803, as amended, is further
amended as follows:
a. General Fund
Increase Transfer to other Funds Account
(010-912-5903.01 G-8311) by $20,000.
Decrease Contingency Account (010-912-5997.01
G-8551) by $20,000.
b. Parking Meter Fund
Increase Transfer from other Funds Account
(040-000-3609.11) by $20,000.
Increase Purchase and Installation of Meters and
Parts (040-338-5209.12 P3815) by $20,000.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
