ORDINANCE NO.~ SsS
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 7 OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE, AS
AMENDED, RELATING TO THE HAWAII GENERAL PLAN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. The County of Hawaii General Plan Land Use Pattern
Allocation Guide Map is hereby amended to redesignate approximately
fifteen (15) acres of land identified by Tax Map Key 7-1-03:5, 6,
and 11 located at Kapalaoa, Puuanahulu, North Kona from
"Conservation" to "Medium Density Urban."
SECTION 2. If any provision of this ordinance is held invalid,
or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held
invalid, the invalidity shall not affect other provisions or
applications of this ordinance which can be given effect without the
invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of
the ordinance are severable.
SECTION 3
This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
