ORDINANCE ISO. 8~1.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 6 OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE,
AS AMENDED, RELATING TO TRAFFIC CONTROL.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:

SECTION 1. Section 5, Art].L~le 8, Chapter 6, of the
Hawaii County Code is amended by adding a new item to the
25 miles per hour classification of Schedule 5 to read as
follows:
"40. Hualalai Road, North Kona, from Alii Drive to the
Old Mamalahoa Highway."
SECTION 2. New material is underscored. In printing
this ordinance, the underscoring need not be included.
SECTION 3. In the event that any portion of the
ordinance is declared invalid, such invalidity shall not
affect the other parts of this ordinance.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
