HomeMy WebLinkAboutORD 1983-880 1980-1984e< ~ ~ r ,,..^, , BILL No. 953 COUNTY OF HAWAII - STA®TE //OA~F HAWAII ORDINANCE NO. 88V AN ORDINANCE P.MENDING CHAPTER 6 OF THE HAY,7AII COUNTY CODE, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO ~'RAFFIC REGULATIONS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF 7'HE COUNTY OF HAWAII: SECTION 1. Section 4-B, Article 16, Chapter 6, of the Hawaii County Code is amended by amending item 22 of the South Hilo classification of Schedule 15 to read as follows: "22. Waianuenue Avenue, east side, beginning from a point [one hundred fifteen feet makai of utility pole #29 and extending in the makai direction for a distance of sixty feet] thirty feet mauka of Kapiolani Street and extending in the mauka direction for a distance of sixty feet, from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday." SECTION 2. Section 4-B, Article 16, Chapter 6, of the Hawaii County Code is amended by adding new items to the South Hilo classification of Schedule 15 to read as follows: "27. Hualalai Street, west side, beginning from the mauka entrance driveway of Kadota's Drive Inn and extendi in the makai direction for a distance of forty-five feet, from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. "28. Kapiolani Street, west side, beginning from a point eighty-eight feet southeast of the Hamakua entrance driveway of the University of Hawaii and extending in the southeastern direction for a distance of one hundred ,~ -~ ' ~.. .~ twenty feet, from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. "29. East Kawili Street, south side, beginning from a point ninety-three feet east of the intersection of Manono Street and East Kawili Street and extending in the eastern direction for a distance of one hundred twenty feet, from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. "30. East Kawili Street, north side, beginni oint one hundred eighteen feet west of the intersection of Hinano Street and East Kawili Street and extending in the western direction for a distance of one hundred twenty feet, from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday." SECTION 3. Material to be repealed is bracketed. New material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed material and underscoring need not be included. SECTION 4. In the event that any portion of the ordinance is declared invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the other parts of this ordinance. SECTION 5 approval.
