ORDINANCE f~0: 906
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE 26, CHAPTER 8 (ZONING CODE) OF THE
HAWAII COUNTY CODE, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO SUPPLEMENTARY USES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 2.C., Article 26, Chapter 8 of the Hawaii
County Code is amended by adding a new subsection to read as follows:
"9. In all districts: helicopter pads or heliports
rovided a use oermit is obtained from the Pla
Commission."
SECTION 2. New material is underscored. In printing this
ordinance, the underscoring need not be included.
SECTION 3. In the event that any portion of this ordinance is
declared invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the other parts
of this ordinance.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
