HAWAII COUNTY CODE, AS AMENDED, BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT
CLASSIFICATIONS FROM RESORT-HOTEL (V-1.0) TO VILLAGE COMMERCIAL
(CV-10) AND OPEN (O); RESORT-HOTEL (V-1.25) TO MULTIPLE FAMILY
