AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE N0. 895, AS AMENDED, APPROPRIATING
ESTIMATED REVENUES, RECEIPTS AND SURPLUS FOR EXPENDITURES IN THE
FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 1984, BY ESTABLISHING A SPECIAL REVENUE
FUND FOR BEAUTIFICATION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Purpose. It is the purpose of this ordinance to
establish a Special Revenue Fund to be known as the Beautification
Fund to carry out the provisions of Chapter 2, Article 10,
Section 7.04 of the Hawaii County Code relating to highway
beautification and abandoned vehicle disposal.
SECTION 2. Ordinance 895, as amended, is hereby further amended
by establishing the revenue and fund balance in the following
amounts to the Beautification Fund as hereby appropriated to the
accounts as set forth in Section 3.

SECTION 3. The foregoing amounts as specified in Section 2
hereof are hereby appropriated to the Beautification Fund and
expenditure accounts as set forth herein below.

TOTAL $72,000
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
