SUPPLEMENTARY APPROPRIATION
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE N0. 895, AS AMENDED, APPROPRIATING
ESTIMATED REVENUES, RECEIPTS AND SURPLUS FOR EXPENDITURE IN THE FISCAL
YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 1984.
BE IT ORDAINED 8Y THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 895, as amended, is hereby further amended,
by increasing revenues in the following amount to the funds as set forth
in Section 2.

SECTION 2. The foregoing amount as specified in Section 1 hereof is
hereby appropriated to the following funds and expenditure accounts as

SECTION 3. No monies shall be expended for the Lyman Field Air Cargo
facility until a plan has been submitted and approved by the County
Council.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
