AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE 10, CHAPTER 24, OF THE HAWAII
COUNTY CODE 1983 RELATING TG TRAFFIC REGULATIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 24-271, Division 2, Article 10,
Chapter 24, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 is amended by
adding a new item to read as follows:
"(7) Waianuenue Avenue, for the mauka bound traffic
entering the Hilo Intermediate School, and for
bound traffic entering the Hilo High School parking lot and
the track field between the hours of 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 o.m.
on school days only."
SECTIUN 2. Section 24-280, Division 5, Article 10,
Chapter "l4, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 is amended by
adding a new item under subsection (c) to read as follows:
"134. f(awili Street, from Puainako Street to Kilauea
SECTION 3. New material is underscored. In printing
this ordinance, the underscoring need not be included.
SECTION 4. If any provision of this ordinance or the
application thereof to any person or circumstance is held
invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions
or applications of the ordinance which can be given effect
without the invalid provision or application, and to this
end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be

approval.
