ORDINANCE NO ~ 26
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 896, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY
1, 1983 TO JUNE 30, 1984.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 896, Relating to
Public Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July
1, 1983 to June 30, 1984, is amended to read as follows:
"SECTION 1. The following amounts to be received from the
sale of general obligation bonds and from other available
sources are hereby appropriated [for] to the projects and for
the purposes designated in Section 2.
Capital Projects Funds
General Obligation Bonds [-$6,230,000]
Unallotted Apprn. - G. F. Transfers
Fund Balance
Total

SECTION 2. The $250,000 from the Fund Balance Account and
the $50,000 from the Unallotted Appropriations General Fund
Transfers Account shall be allotted to the Puna Water Development
project."
SECTION 3. Funds for the Puna Water Development project
shall be delegated to the Department of Water Supply for expenditure.
SECTION 4. Material to be repealed is bracketed. New
material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets,
bracketed material, and underscoring need not be included.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
