AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 84-23 AND AMENDING SECTION 25-87
(NORTH KONA ZONE MAP) ARTICLE 3, CHAPTER 25 (ZONING CODE) OF THE
HAWAII COUNTY CODE, BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM
UNPLANNED (U) TO MULTIPLE FAMILY (RM-5) AT HOLUALOA 1 AND 2, NORTH
KONA, HAWAII, COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY 7-6-21:PORTION OF 16.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 84-23, amending
Section 25-87, Article 3, Chapter 25 ('Coning Code) of the Hawaii
County Code, is amended to read as follows:
"SECTION 1. Section 25-87, Article 3, Chapter 25 (Zoning
Code) of the Hawaii County Code, is amended to change the
district classification of property described hereinafter as
follows:
The district classification of the following area situated
at Holualoa 1 and 2, North Kona, Hawaii, shall be Multiple
Family Residential (RM-5):
(PARCEL 1)
Beginning at the northwest corner of this parcel of land and on
the northeasterly side of Kuakini Highway Realignment, Project
No. 11A-03-G9, the coordinates of said point of beginning
referred to Government Survey Triangulation Station "KAILUA,"
being 9,193.71 feet South and 8,705.53 feet East, thence running
by azimuths measured clockwise from true South:
