ORDINANCE NO. V~ 59
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 84-32 RELATING TO PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
JULY 1, 1984 TO JUNE 30, 1985.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 84-32, the Capital Budget
Ordinance for the Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 1985, is
amended adding a new Section 7 to read as follows:
"SECTION 7. Source of funds to undertake projects
in Ordinance No. 796, adopted by the Council on
June 7, 1982, shall include $43,500 from the Unallotted
Appropriation General Fund Transfer account in the Bond
Fund. This amount shall be allotted to the project
Hamakua Road & Drainage (Account No. 110-399-5393.14)."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
