ORDINANCE N0. S ~ 63
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 84-32, RELATING TO PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 1984
TO JUNE 30, 1985.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 84-32, Relating to Public Improvements
and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1984 to June 30,
1985, is hereby amended by adding the following project:
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS
Emergency Operating Center II $591,741.00

SECTION 2. Funds for this project shall be provided from:
Federal Grants Receivable
Federal Emergency Management Agency
$341,741.00
General Obligation Bonds 250,000.00
SECTION 3. None of the Emergency Operating Center II
appropriations and allotments shall be expended for plans or
improvements to the Old Hilo Hospital facility without prior
concurrence of the County Council.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
