AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 84-32, RELATING TO PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 1984
TO JUNE 30, 1985.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 84-32, Relating to Public Improvements
and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1984 to June 30,
1985, is hereby amended by adding the following project:
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS
Waiakea Stream Improvements $750,000.00

Section 2. Funds for this project shall be provided from:
1982 Series A Bond Issue $750,000.00
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
