AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2, ARTICLE 17, SECTIONS 2-104
(j) & (k ), HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983, RELATING TO FEES FOR COPIES
OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Chapter 2, Article 17, Sections 2-104 (j) &
(k ), Hawaii County Code 1983, is amended to read as follows:
(j) Certification by public officer or employees as to
correctness (or in attestation that document is a true
copy) of any document including maps, plans and diagrams
