ORDINANCE NO. 85 25
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 84-32, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY
1, 1984 TO JUNE 30, 1985.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 84-32, Relating to Public Improvements
and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1984 to June 30,
1985, is hereby amended by adding the following projects:
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS
Kaumana Drive Resurfacing
(110-399-5391.96-115)
Hilo City Road Resurfacing
(110-399-5392.06-115)
Komohana Street Resurfacing
(110-399-5392.16-115)
Alii Drive Design and Archeological
(110-399-5396.61-115)
Kawaihae Road Resurfacing

SECTION 2. Funds for these projects shall be provided from:
1982 Series A. Bond Issue
$500,000.00
SECTION 3. Funds for the foregoing appropriations shall not be
expended unless used for the purposes of matching the federal funds
received due to the delay of the H-3 Interstate Project on Oahu.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
