I~ <br /> Dear County Council, <br /> In regard to rezoning from Ag to commercial in Keaau for a Shipman <br /> shopping center, let me ask you people this: what sense is the new Keaau <br /> bypass if you allow another traffic jam there via a shopping center? Please <br /> don't negate the millions spent to free-up traffic through Keaau by allowing <br /> <br /> yet more commercialization of once lovely Keaau with ,yet another shopping <br /> center. Also, SureSave market there is struggling to survive, and yet another <br /> supermarket via Shipman would be the death knell for SureSave, <br /> and thus many at SureSave would lose their jobs. <br /> Please allow those who paid their dues for SureSave to keep their jobs, <br /> and keep the traffic flowing via the bypass by disallowing a rezoning just to <br /> please Shipman. Thanks for your attention and thoughtfulness.
