ORDINANCE NO. SS 3O
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 10, OF THE HAWAII
COUNTY CODE 1983 RELATING TO TRAFFIC REGULATIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Chapter 24, Article 10, Section 24-258,
Schedule 6, is amended by adding a new subsection to be
appropriately designated and to read as follows:
"( ) Iwalani Street, between Kawailani Street and
Puainako Street."
SECTION 2. Chapter 24, Article 10, Section 24-267,
Schedule 15, is amended by adding a new subsection to be
appropriately designated and to read as follows:
"( ) Ululani Street, all vehicular traffic shall move in
the Hamakua direction only, be innin at Waianuenue Avenue to
its terminus at Wailuku Drive."
SECTION 3. Chapter 24, Article 10, Section 24-276,
Schedule 24, is amended to read as follows:
"(12) [Kilauea Avenue, Puna of the deceleration lane
located at the Puainako-Kilauea Avenue intersection.
RESERVED."
SECTION 4. Material to be repealed is bracketed. New
material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the
brackets, bracketed material and underscoring need not be
included.
SECTION 5. If any provision of this ordinance or the
application thereof to any person or circumstance is held
invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or
applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without
the invalid provision or application, and to this end, the
provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable.
SECTION 6. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
approval.
