AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2, ARTICLE 15, SECTION 2-91.1, HAWAII
COUNTY CODE 1983, RELATING TO FINANCIAL DISCLOSURES AND DISCLOSURES
OF INTEREST.'
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Chapter 2, Article 15, Section 2-91.1,
Subsection (c)(8), Hawaii County Code 1983, is amended to read as
follows:
(8) (Where an amount is required to be reported, the person
disclosing may indicate whether the amount is at least $1,000 but
less than $10,000; at least $10,000 but less than $25,000; at least
25,000 but less than $50,000; at least 5'0,000 but less than
100,000; at least $100,000 but less than $150,000; or $150,000 or
more.] On any item which calls for the stating of a dollar amount,
this value may be reported by using an appropriate letter code as
follows:
A. Less than ,'1,000

E. At least 50,000
F. At least 100,00

An amount of stock may be reported by the number of shares.
SECTION 2. Material to be repealed is bracketed. New material
is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed
material, and underscoring need not be included.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
