AN ORDINANCE AI4ENDING ORDINANCE N0. 84-32, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCIiVG THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY
1, 1984 TO JUIJE 30, 1985.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUIJCIL OF 1^H E, COUN'T'Y OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 84-32, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1984
to June 30, 1985, is amended to read as follows:
"SECTION 1. The following amount to be received from the sale
of general obligation bonds and from other available sources are
hereby appropriated [for] to the projects and for the purposes
designated in Section 2.
Capital Proiects Funds Total
General Obligation Bonds [$3,845,000] 3,755,000
Unallotted Apprn. - G. F. Transfers 90,000
$3,845,000
SECTION 2. The sum of $90,000 shall be transferred from General
Fund Account Nos.:
010-221-5221.01-218 Fire Protection Fuels and Lubricants $30,000
shall be allotted to the Kapoho Radio Site - Powerline Installation
project and
010-801-5801.01-341 Transfer to Other Funds 60,000
shall be allotted to the Andrews Gym Improvements project."
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
