AN ORDINANCE AMEIJDING ORDINANCE N0. 84-32, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
JULY 1, 1984 TO JUNE 30, 1985.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HA'~5'AII:
SECTION 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 84-32, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1984
to June 30, 1985, is hereby amended by increasing the appropriation
for the following project:
Department of Public Works $ 360,000
Keopu Heights - Roadway Reconstruction
and Channel Improvements
SECTION 2. Funds for this project shall be provided from the
unallotted proceeds of the 1982 Series A Bond Issue.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
