AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 85-51 RELATING TO PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 1985
TO JUNE 30, 1986.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 85-51, relating to public
improvements and financing thereof for the fiscal year July 1, 1985
to June 30, 1986, is amended by increasing the Capital Projects
Fund - General Obligation Bonds by the following amount:
Capital Projects Fund
General Obligation Bonds
Total
$1,100,000
SECTION 2. Section 2 of Ordinance 85-51 is amended by adding
the following project:
Fire Department Amount
South Kohala Fire Emergency $1,100,000
Station and Advance Life Support Vehicle
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
