AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 85-51, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
JULY 1, 1985 TO JUNE 30, 1986.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 85-51, Relating to Public Improvements
and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1985 to June 30,
1986, is hereby amended by adding the following projects:
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS
Komohana Street Resurfacing $ 59,190.00
(110-399-5392.16-115)
Kawaihae Road Resurfacing 47,445.00
(110-399-5394.26-115)
Contingency 97,000.00
(110-399-5399.26-115)
Keopu Heights Subdivision 380,000.00
(110-399-5396.34-115)
$ 583,635.00
SECTION 2. Funds for these projects shall be provided as
follows:
A. High way Fund Fund Balance
1. Komohana Street Resurfacing $ 59,190.00
2. Kawaihae Road Resurfacing 47,445.00
3. Contingen cy 97,000.00
B. General Fund Fund Balance
1. Keopu Heights Subdivision $ 380,000.00
$ 583,635.00
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
