NN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 85-51, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
JULY 1, 1985 TO JUNE 30, 1986.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTIUN 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 85-51, as amended, is
hereby amended as follows:
Capital Projects Funds
General Obligation Bonds
General Fund
Total
[$11,070,000] $10,920,000

SECTION 2. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 85-51, as amended, is
hereby amended to redesignate the funding source for the Kona Golf
Course from the sale of General Obligation Bonds to General Fund.
SECTION 3. $150,000 shall be transferred from the General Fund
for the Kona Golf Course project.
SECTION 4. Material to be repealed is bracketed. New material
is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed
material, and underscoring need not be included.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
