ORDINANCE NO. 86 55
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 10, OF THE HAWAII
COUNTY CODE 1983, RELATING TO TRAFFIC REGULATIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OE' HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Chapter 24, Article 10, Section 24-280(9),
Schedule 28, Puna (NO Parking Anytime), of the Hawaii County Code
1983, is amended by adding a new item to be appropriately numbered
and to read as follows:
"_ Kaohe Homestead Road, east sid
athletic field driveway and ex
southerly to an area iust past
SECTION 2. Chapter 24, Article 10, Section 24-260,
Schedule 8, is amended to read as follows:
"(18) Saddle Road, from (a point 0.5 miles mauka
of the Country Club junction] the 18.8 mile point to the
Mamalahoa Highway in South Kohala."
SECTION 3. Chapter 24, Article 10, Section 24-257,
Schedule 5, is amended to read as follows:
"(40) Saddle Road, from Country Club [Road] Drive
[for a distance of 0.5 mile in the mauka
direction] to the 18.8 mile point."
SECTION 4. Material to be repealed is bracketed. New
material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the
brackets, bracketed material, and underscoring need not be
included.
SECTION 5. If any provision of this ordinance or the
application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid,
such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications
of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid
provision or application, and to this end, the provisions of this
ordinance are declared to be severable.
