AN ORDINANCE TO CLOSE THE HILO SEWER FUND ISI-A, A SPECIAL FUND,
TO THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT BOND FUND.
SECTION 1. Purpose. It is the purpose of this ordinance to
close the Hilo Sewer Fund III-A, a special fund, by transferring
the unappropriated fund balance and the unencumbered project
balances to the Public Improvement Bond Fund. The Auditor's
Report for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1985, recommended that
this fund be closed and proceeds transferred to the Public
Improvement Bond Fund.
SECTION 2. The Unappropriated fund balance and the
unencumbered project balances of the Hilo Sewer Fund III-A, a
special fund, is hereby transferred to the Hilo Wastewater System
project of the Public Improvement Bond Fund.
SECTION 3. The Hilo Sewer Fund III-A, a special fund, shall
be deemed closed upon transfer of all proceeds.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
