AN ORDINANCE TO CLOSE THE KULAIMANO SEWER SYSTEM FUND, A SPECIAL
FUND TO THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT BOND FUND.
SECTION 1. Purpose. It is the purpose of this ordinance to
close the Kulaimano Sewer System Fund, a special fund, by
transferring the unappropriated fund balance and the unencumbered
project balances to the Public Improvement Bond Fund. The
Auditor's Report for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1985,
recommended that this fund be closed and proceeds transferred to
the Public Improvement Bond Fund.
SECTION 2. The unappropriated fund balance and the
unencumbered project balances of the Kulaimano Sewer System Fund,
a special fund, is hereby transferred to the Hilo Wastewater
System project of the Public Improvement Bond Fund.
SECTION 3. The Kulaimano Sewer System Fund, a special fund,
shall be deemed closed upon the transfer of all proceeds.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
